A Few Things To Know About Custom Printing

- We only offer Dye Sublimation.  We do not screen print or embroider. 

-Dye Sublimation uses heat to transfer the dye onto the towel(s).  This makes the towel with the logo usable.  Unlike screen printing where the ink sits on top of the towel and may flake off during use.  With Dye Sublimation you can use the towel just as you would if the towel did not have the printing. 

-Your logo must be darker than the towel.  Meaning we can only print on light colored towels.  We cannot print on black towels. 

-We can only print on towels in the following categories:  Terry, Single Plush, Waffle Weave and Glass, Optical, Suede. 

-We do not print on site.  The towels are shipped to a printer and then the printer will print one as a proof.  A picture will be taken of the proof and emailed to you for approval.  At that time we can make changes or we can print the remainder of your order. 

-Please allow 10 business days from when your order is placed to when you will receive the finished project.  Larger orders may take more time. 

-You must provide the artwork exactly how you wanted it printed on the towel, we do not make any changes to your artwork.  

-The largest you logo can be printed is 9"x11".  

-We are able to put multiple logo's on a towel but keep in mind the cost is $0.85 per logo per placement.
